With our 3.31.2 app release, users will be required to choose an App Unlock Option to access their First State Bank Mobile Banking App without having to enter their credentials each time.
App Unlock Options
- Device unlock method, such as your device passcode or biometrics1
This option is recommended for more-advanced security technology and a faster login experience. - In-app PIN2
- Don’t use a lock screen (“Skip for now”)3
1 The device passcode will be unavailable as your App Unlock Option if not enabled as your device unlock method. Also, biometrics will be unavailable as your App Unlock Option if the device passcode and biometrics are not enabled as your device unlock method.
2 Users will be required to verify their in-app PIN if it was enabled in app versions 3.31.1 or older. New in-app PIN users will be prompted to create an in-app PIN.
3 Users who don’t use a lock screen and switch between profiles will be required to sign out of their profile before signing in with a different profile. Inactivity time-out restrictions will also apply.
